Shipping Policies

If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our retail store in Mt. Holly, NJ. If item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our store.

TRANSIT TIME:
USPS First Class Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days (Domestic)
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business Days (Domestic)
USPS Ground (Standard Post): 1 - 5 Business Days
Second Day Ground: 2 Business Days
Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

International shipments can take 1 - 6 weeks and sometimes longer depending on destination country.

Note: Sunday deliveries are not available.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL RESTRICTIONS:
Hazardous materials can only be shipped via Ground. These items include but are not limited to: Acid Flux, Solvent based paints (water based Faskolor paints are OK), Armature Dye and Perf Motor Cleaner Spray.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY:
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 3 days for in-stock items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are happy to ship your order anywhere in the world where export restrictions are not in place. Certain items which contain hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally. These items include but are not limited to: Acid Flux, Solvent based paints (water based paints are OK), Armature Dye and Perf Motor Cleaner Spray.

Return Policy


How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email info@yourstore.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Exchanges If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
